About Jon Parmet

LOCAL
Miami Beach (South Beach) Looking for nightlife and the excitement of South Beach? Dockage is available right in the heart of all the action.
Coconut Grove (Miami) Enjoy the galleries and restaurants of Downtown Coconut Grove.
Peanut Island (West Palm Beach) One of my favorites; clear blue waters and soft white sand make this a great weekend getaway. Want to make it a five star weekend? The Breakers is just a five minute limo ride from the marina.
No Name Harbour (Miami) A great little protected cove which is perfect for an overnight stay on the hook.

THE FLORIDA KEYS
Key Largo Home of Pennekamp Park featuring the only remaining living coral reef in the US. Want to enjoy a 5 star upscale weekend? While Ocean Reef is a members-only facility, I have negotiated the ability to bring new guests in on an introductory basis.
Islamorada Enjoy some of the best deep sea and flats fishing in the world or spend the day relaxing on the world famous Islamorada sandbar with a cool drink in hand.
Key West Galleries, amazing restaurants and hundreds of years of history await you in Key West. The sunsets in Key West are among the best anywhere.

THE BAHAMAS
Nassau Whether you want the 5 star experience of nightlife and gambling at Atlantis, the secluded natural beauty of Rose Island or the local shops and restaurants of Downtown, Nassau has it all.
Bimini Only two hours away, Bimini is a great destination for your first crossing. Whether you like the casual laid-back casual atmosphere of The Bimini Big Game Club or the amenities and family atmosphere of Bimini Bay, you’re sure to make an easy adjustment to “Living on island time”. Enjoy the peace and serenity of Honeymoon Harbour where the stingrays approach you and eat directly from your hand. The concrete shipwreck called The Sapona is great for snorkeling. Want an incredible air-conditioned sports bar with a sand floor, delicious menu and ocean front pool? If so, a stop at Mackey’s Sand Bar on South Bimini is in order.
Freeport (Port Lucaya) Gambling, scuba diving, a variety of restaurants and great beaches make Freeport a fun and memorable stop.
Exumas Many will claim that the waters of the Exumas are the most beautiful you’ll find in the Bahamas and I have to agree. The word that best describes the Exumas is “Secluded”. The Exumas are less traveled due to their location; the beaches and wildlife are pristine. Once you visit the Exumas, you’ll be able to say you’ve hand-fed Nurse Sharks and swimming pigs.
Abacos Better plan to block out a week or so if you visit the Abacos because you won’t want to come home anytime soon. You’ll want either a tender or a small rental boat to island hop throughout the shallow waters of the Abacos and enjoy all of the local bars and restaurants. No trip to the Abacos is complete without a visit to Nippers.
West End Home to Old Bahama Bay, this tends to be a quiet family friendly resort.
